It’s amazing what a year can do for you.
Getting your health back in check is not a quick process and patience is a must. There’s no silly quick fix drinking stupid aloe Vera or low calorie shakes smashing your hormones to pieces and making the job twice as hard.
If you’re overweight just stop for a second and think how long it’s taken you to put the fat on and guess what ? you haven’t done it in a week or two, so it won’t be a shock that it won’t come off overnight.
Yes some people can shift fat faster than others that’s called good genetics but it still takes time.
Being overweight will not only make you feel like shit physically but mentally, also and trying to do a quick fix ( putting yourself on an ultra low calorie diet will not help ).
Fat loss takes time and you need to realise that before you consider a shit low cal diet, again NO QUICK FIX.
Being in a small calorie deficit daily and adding in some strength training will do wonders for you. Even a little cardio if you have time.
You have to clever about your fat loss strategy, seek the help of a professional if you need to. A professional will take all the guess work out for you speeding up the process.

Stop guessing and looking for a quick fix because they DON’T WORK. Be sensible about your fat loss and accept it’s going to take time.
The sooner you accept this the sooner you’re on the road to success.
